The deadline for applications is October 25, 2012 by 5:00pm. The application will be reviewed by the Make A Difference Fund Grant Committee and funds will be distributed appropriately.

All applications will have to be approved and signed by school site Principal or Department Director in order for this application to be valid. If you are emailing this application, please have your Principal or Director send an email stating approval of the application.
