The English Language Arts Department at Cobalt Middle School believes that every student should be provided a high quality education in communication – reading, speaking, listening and writing. The ability to effectively communicate has always been and continues to be a fundamental human necessity. We believe that every student can learn and we are committed to providing an environment which will allow each student to develop to their highest potential. By so doing, our students will be well prepared to succeed in their continuing education and in communication with the world around them.
